  • By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email/phone call with time and date options and a general price quote. My appointment in the salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.
  • Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 1-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.
  • I understand that Oak + Lorel Salon has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy that can be found here. If I consistently ‘no show’ to my appointment, I may be restricted from booking any future appointments with the salon. By clicking the submit button below, I agree to these terms.
