Salon Etiquette

Before you visit us

  • Please arrive for your appointment with clean, dry hair.
  • Feel free to bring pictures and ideas to your appointment
  • Most corrective colors are collective. Often two or three appointments are needed to achieve desired results
  • We do take deposits for new guests booking services. 100% of the deposit is applicable to your appointment.

Cancellations

The time you reserve is set aside just for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request a 48 hour notice for canceling and rescheduling appointments.

  • The first cancellation is always forgiven. We get it…life happens.
  • If the rescheduled second appointment is also canceled with less than 48 hrs notice you will be responsible for 50% of the services booked.  Any following appointments missed subsequently will not be rebooked at Oak + Lorel.
  • “No-Shows” are no-bueno

Gratuity

We are a gratuity free salon!

It’s true, we go above + beyond to ensure that our guests are provided with safe, professional + quality services with exceptional products.

While the offer of tips is absolutely appreciated, they are not accepted.
